In the case overview, you'll find all your cases listed and ready for processing.

The Global Search

In the case overview, you'll find the global search that allows you to search for specific keywords or diagnoses across all cases.

Enter your desired search term and press the enter key to display your search results.

By clicking on a document tile, a preview of the document will be displayed on the right side. You can also click on the search term within the tile to immediately jump to the corresponding location in the document where this term was mentioned.

Filters and Case Search Options

In the overview, you'll find the following options from left to right:

  1. Search by case name

  2. Filter by your own cases

  3. Filter by cases with new documents

  4. Show archived cases

  5. Change case sorting

    1. Default sorting is by case name (A-Z), but can also be changed to sort by last update.

  6. Show cases that have external access enabled

  7. Refresh the list of cases

  8. Create a new case

💡 By the way: If you want to know how to create a case, feel free to check out our article "Get Started: Creating a Case". There we'll show you everything you need to know.

The Case Overview

Ultimately, all cases that match your filter settings will be displayed. A case tile always contains the following information:

  1. Case reference (if provided)

  2. The last update

  3. The name of the case

  4. The case folder

  5. A case tile always shows the responsible person and whether at least one external person has access

You have the option to open the case via the "Open case" button and access the case overview.

You can also pin your case so that it is always displayed at the front.

Additionally, you can view the files that have been uploaded to the case.

Additional Options

You can edit the case data of your case. With a click on the "Edit case data" button, you will reach the case form where you can change the information.

You can also close your case. This will move it to the archive and it can be deleted if necessary.

In addition, you can view cases here that are similar to the current case.
