The Medical Case Analysis is a summary of the diagnoses and work incapacities in your case.
Where can I find the Medical Case Analysis?
To open the Medical Case Analysis, switch to the document repository and click on the briefcase icon in the document list.
You now have the option to switch to the diagnosis overview or get an overview of work incapacity.
The Diagnosis Overview
When you select the diagnosis overview in the case analysis, a new sidebar will open on the left.
At the top, you'll find the search bar, which allows you to search for specific diagnoses.
In the first tile that follows, main groups of diagnoses are displayed with information, e.g., whether the diagnosis had an influence on work incapacity, whether they were main or secondary diagnoses, and other relevant points.
In the second part, which follows directly below, all diagnoses are listed by default according to relevance.
💡 By the way: If you want to change the sorting, there is a button to the right above the search bar that allows you to order the search results, e.g., chronologically.
In the diagnosis tiles, the following information is provided from top to bottom:
ICD-10 code and behind it the code description
Date of the first diagnosis
Grouping of the context of the diagnosis
When you click on one of the groupings, you will be directed straight to the corresponding document. The relevant text passage in the document will then be highlighted in color.
When you hover over the diagnosis tiles with your mouse, additional options are offered at the top right of the tile. These are from left to right:
Display the timeline of the diagnosis
Remove the diagnosis from the list
Display the full title of the diagnosis including the ICD code
The Chronological Diagnosis Overview
You'll find the chronological overview of diagnoses in the top right next to the diagnosis search. With this overview, you get a graphical representation of when which diagnoses occurred and with what frequency. The diagnoses are grouped according to the individual ICD codes.
When you click on one of the diagnoses, you will be directed, as usual, straight to the corresponding document from which this diagnosis originates.
