What is the CasePilot?

The CasePilot is your AI-powered assistant that helps you effortlessly answer specific questions about a case. As long as there is a reference to it in documents, the CasePilot will help you obtain this information.

Where can I find the CasePilot?

The CasePilot is located in the case overview in the left sidebar. Once you click on the icon, the CasePilot opens on the right side and helps you answer all questions.


What can the CasePilot do for you?

Want to compose an email that includes all the key details of your case? The CasePilot helps you with that! Simply ask it a question, and it will use artificial intelligence to search for the answer in your case documents.

Opening Previous Conversations

Were you interrupted or want to continue a conversation at a later time? No problem! The CasePilot lists your previous conversations about this case when opening and lets you continue where you left off.

Customizing the CasePilot

Format

You can adjust the output format. Prefer a short and concise text? Something more detailed, or just bullet points? All options are available.

Customize for...

Do you need the output text for a specific professional such as a claims specialist? No problem! Select the appropriate field, and the text will be adapted for the selected target audience.

Answer in...

A document is written in German, but the summary is needed in English? No problem with the DocPilot! Choose between German, English, French, and Italian and receive your answer in your chosen language.
